1. Who We Are

This website is operated by MB NETPOS, a company registered in Lithuania under company number 307563506, with its registered address at J. Balčikonio g. 9, Vilnius, 08314 Vilniaus m. sav., Lithuania. "Suspengo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to MB NETPOS.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website or place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency of your delivery market — euro (EUR), or Polish złoty (PLN) in Poland. Applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery country. We reserve the right to update prices, product specifications and availability at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

We are a reseller of components manufactured by third parties. Manufacturer names, part numbers and specifications are reproduced as supplied by the manufacturer.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, together with the express payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. See our Payment Methods page for details.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a price or description error has occurred, or where we are unable to verify the payment. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

5. Fitment Guarantee

We check fitment for every order. If a part that we have confirmed as correct for your vehicle does not fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

To rely on this guarantee, please give us your vehicle registration or VIN, together with the make, model, year and engine variant, and allow us to confirm the part before you fit it. The guarantee does not cover parts that have already been fitted, modified or damaged, or vehicles that have been altered from factory specification.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

See our Returns & Exchanges page, which sets out your statutory right of withdrawal and our return procedure. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Warranty

See our Warranty page. Statutory conformity rights under EU consumer law apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Suspengo unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

10. Limitation of Liability

Suspengo is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the products sold through it, including losses arising from incorrect fitting or from use of a part on a vehicle for which it is not specified. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.

12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will try to resolve it directly. If we cannot reach a resolution, consumers in Lithuania may refer the matter to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) at www.vvtat.lt. Consumers resident elsewhere in the European Union may contact the consumer protection authority or European Consumer Centre in their country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
